Swede-Thai massage ($140 / 60 min, $200 / 90 min) Swede-Thai massage was specially designed by the owner of Serenity Body and Soul. It incorporates techniques from traditional Swedish massage (effleurage, pétrissage etc.) and Thai massage, which involves muscle compression, acupressure and yoga-style stretching movements. This unique hybrid massage brings you the benefits of Swedish massage while also increasing your flexibility and improving your range of motion.
Deep Tissue Massage ($140 / 60 min, $200 / 90 min) Deep tissue massage is a type of massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Deep tissue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense. It is also a more focused type of massage, as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension or knots (also known as "adhesions").
Chair Massage ($25 / 15 min, $35 / 20 min) Chair massage is performed while the client is clothed and seated in a specially designed chair. Work is done without the use of oils. Areas of treatment include the neck, shoulders and back and sometimes the arms, hands and even the legs. This technique is perfect for first-timers or clients in need of a quick pick-me-up. It may also be combined with a 30-min facial massage (ask for details).
Complimentary Treatment Each treatment includes a complimentary hot towel treatment to the back, neck, hands, and feet.

Cancellation Policy If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without a 24-hour notice will result in a charge of all of the service amount(s).
